they must have the rights over the song else they wouldn't record it would they?

you can record what you want, just cant release without paying our for the rights.

I KNEW I RECOGNISED IT!!! lol thanks i now know i'm not going insane!! think it was on the tape my sister found at the bus stop one day lol we used to play it in the car and we called it 'see inlay card for details' LMAOOOOO not realising what it meant!
